General Settings

Configure Recorded’s application settings. Access the settings panel from the navigation menu.

Account

Log in to your Recorded account to access Pro features, manage your license, and enable cloud sharing. Your account is linked to your email address and can be used across multiple devices (depending on your license type).

Versions

View the current version of Recorded installed on your machine. Recorded checks for updates automatically — when a new version is available, you’ll see a notification in the app. Click Update to download and install the latest version.

Language

Select your preferred interface language. Recorded supports 14 languages:

English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese.

The language change takes effect immediately without restarting the app.

View the open source licenses and credits for the third-party libraries used in Recorded. This section acknowledges the open source projects that help make Recorded possible.
